We are looking for a high-energy, team-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our business, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and supported. You are the ultimate team player—ready to handle front-desk interactions, manage essential paperwork, and step in as a versatile helper to support our Service Advisors when things get busy.Key Responsibilities

- Customer Interaction: Greet clients warmly, take vehicle/service keys, and guide them through the check-in and check-out process.
- Communication & Scheduling: Answer incoming phone calls, address customer inquiries, and accurately schedule service appointments.
- Financial Transactions: Process payments, handle cash/card registers, and provide accurate receipts.
- Team Support & Collaboration: Serve as a reliable "helper and gopher" for the team,



stepping in to assist Service Advisors, move vehicles, or run essential errands around the shop as needed.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
