Mercedes-Benz seeks a Cyber Security Expert to drive red teaming and elevate security defenses. This role focuses on adversarial testing in cloud and IT/OT environments. As a Cyber Security Expert, your primary responsibility will be leading Red Team engagements that simulate sophisticated attacks. You'll work closely with detection and incident response teams to ensure robust security coverage while developing and enhancing existing tooling and methodologies. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute full kill-chain operations and deliver technical results
- Partner with teams to assess detection capabilities
- Research and develop recent exploitation and evasion techniques
- Build and maintain internal tools for security operations
- Represent the team at industry conferences and workshops Requirements:
- Minimum 3–6 years in red team operations
- Relevant Cybersecurity degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with EDR and Windows/Linux internals
- Cloud platform skills in AWS, Azure, or GCP
