Position Summary

We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end product delivery across our R&D; organization.

This role is responsible for ensuring that work moves effectively from idea to release and beyond - connecting product strategy, planning, engineering execution, and post-launch outcomes.

Beyond execution, you will define, evolve, and coach teams on delivery practices, helping the organization scale with clear, consistent, and effective ways of working.

What You’ll Do

- Drive delivery across the full product lifecycle - from initial discovery through to release and measurement
- Translate product roadmaps into clear, actionable, and capacity-aligned plans
- Ensure work is well-scoped, prioritized, and tracked across teams

- Partner with Product to maintain high-quality backlogs and clear success criteria
- Define, implement, and continuously improve delivery processes and team ways of working
- Coach teams on effective planning, execution, and collaboration practices, building delivery maturity over time
- Support teams in delivering efficiently using Agile practices and delivery tools (e.g., Jira) - focusing on outcomes over ceremony
- Identify risks early and help teams remove blockers and stay on track
- Coordinate release readiness and communication across teams
- Improve visibility into delivery through clear reporting and stakeholder updates
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and team practices

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in delivery, program management, or product operations in a software environment
- Proven ability to define and scale delivery processes, not just operate within them
- Experience coaching teams on Agile and product development best practices
- Robust understanding of modern product development and delivery workflows
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, etc.)
- Ability to connect planning to execution and drive outcomes
- Strong communication, organization,

and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with tools like Jira or similar
- Experience in SaaS, data, or AI-driven products
- Scrum or Agile certifications

Compensation Range: $110,000-150,000 CAD OTE annually, based on experience, market benchmarks and role complexity. We aim to offer fair, competitive pay that reflects your skills and the market. This advertised position is for an existing vacancy at Kindsight. At Kindsight, we’re proud to be a place where everyone belongs and has an equal opportunity to contribute, thrive and grow. We hire based on skills, potential, and impact, and we believe our differences fuel innovation.

We welcome all individuals and do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, colour, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, marital status, pregnancy, sex, citizenship, education, languages spoken or veteran status. We’re building a workplace where everyone has the opportunity to do meaningful work and make a difference.

We leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support certain aspects of our recruitment process. These tools may help with resume screening, drafting job descriptions, creating interview questions and occasionally identifying potential candidates. All hiring decisions are made by our people, not AI. Our intent is to use AI thoughtfully to streamline administrative tasks, improve the candidate experience and support fair, unbiased hiring practices consistent with industry standards.
