We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental assisting procedures, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Duties

- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available for procedures.
- Assist dentists during various dental treatments, including examinations, restorations, and surgical procedures.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays).
- Manage patient records accurately ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients to promote proper care and recovery.
- Coordinate appointments and communicate effectively with patients as a dental receptionist to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment adhering to strict sanitation protocols and safety standards.

Skills





- Proficiency in dental assisting techniques with knowledge of dental terminology related to dentistry.
- Experience working with dental practice management software.
- Solid communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages, including pediatric populations.
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and sterilization procedures within a clinical setting.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Experience

- Dental assisting: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
- Dental Assistant level II (required)
