This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in United States.
This role supports the execution and evolution of a growing digital marketing strategy across search, analytics, content, events, and emerging AI-driven channels. You will manage and optimize SEM campaigns while applying SEO and Generative Engine Optimization practices to strengthen digital visibility. The position combines hands-on campaign execution with performance analysis, reporting, and project coordination.
You will collaborate with content, marketing, technology, and cross-functional teams on initiatives including webinars, conferences, podcasts, email campaigns, and e-commerce transformation. The role also offers an opportunity to work with evolving AI search technologies and digital analytics platforms. Success requires strong organization, analytical thinking, communication, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with tactical execution.
This is a remote, fast-paced environment suited to a proactive marketer who enjoys managing multiple projects and adapting to change.

Accountabilities:
- Manage, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Implement SEO best practices across website content, landing pages, and digital experiences.
- Support GEO and AI-driven search optimization initiatives to improve online visibility and strengthen long-term search performance.
- Monitor digital campaign performance and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare performance reports and translate marketing data into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with content teams to develop digital marketing assets for websites, paid advertising, social media, and other channels.
- Coordinate logistics, digital assets, execution, and post-event reporting for applicant-facing webinars and major conferences.
- Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of podcast content and related cross-functional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams on e-commerce transformation projects and align marketing activities with evolving platform capabilities.
- Review and help troubleshoot Google Tags and tracking configurations in Google Tag Manager.
- Support accurate digital measurement and reporting through Google Analytics 4 and related analytics tools.
- Execute, schedule,
and monitor email marketing campaigns designed to build audience engagement.
- Coordinate multiple digital marketing projects while maintaining timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Gather and interpret customer experience information to identify opportunities for stronger digital engagement.
- Contribute to campaign planning, value propositions, and broader digital marketing strategies.
- Identify process improvements and communicate relevant trends and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple digital marketing initiatives.
- Adapt marketing activities and priorities as technologies, platforms, and organizational needs evolve.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as a marketing specialist or in a similar digital marketing role.
- Demonstrated professional experience with SEO.
- Strong understanding of SEM, SEO, GEO, and digital analytics practices.
- Hands-on familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of online customer engagement platforms and digital marketing channels.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting customer experience information.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize patterns, trends, and opportunities.
- Ability to produce clear reports and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the flexibility to manage shifting workloads and competing priorities.
- Ability to think strategically while executing campaigns and projects tactically.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in a technology-driven, service-oriented, or entrepreneurial environment.
- Understanding of digital user experience and technology platforms through professional or project-based experience.
- Advanced computer proficiency and confidence working with digital tools and platforms.
- Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

- Annual compensation of CAD $57,000–$74,000.
