Location: Peace River, Alberta

Schedule: 8/6 rotation

Employment Type: Full time, salaried

Compensation: $100,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience

Preference will be given to candidates local to the Peace River area. Candidates willing to relocate to Peace River will also be considered, and temporary accommodations can be provided to support the transition.

About the Opportunity

Avenge Energy Services Inc. is looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team in Peace River. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in vac and fluid hauling dispatch who thrives in a fast paced, safety focused environment and enjoys coordinating people, equipment, and customer needs.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Operations Manager and working as part of the supervisory team, the Dispatcher is responsible for mobilizing personnel and equipment to meet client service needs safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

- Organize and dispatch a team of 50 to 70 operators, along with third party contractors
- Collaborate closely with drivers, sales, and administrative staff to ensure customer service and invoicing requirements are met on time
- Carry an on call phone and be available to respond 24/7 while on rotation

What You Bring

- 3+ years of dispatch experience in the vac and tank truck industry preferred
- High school diploma required




- Minimum Class 5Q driver's license; Class 1 or 3 an asset
- H2S Alive and Standard First Aid certification required
- Experience with hydro, combo, and fluid hauling operations required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Samsara, elogs, smartphone apps, and other industry software an asset

- Solid understanding of the equipment and driver requirements needed to fulfill client service requests
- Strong team builder with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization
- Customer service mindset with a focus on delivering results
- Skilled at prioritizing and coordinating multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently
