As the Director of Policy, Regulation and Research, you will guide the organization's strategic initiatives and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
By leveraging your extensive experience, you will become an advocate for evidence-based approaches that impact millions of workers and employers. Your leadership will drive the development and evaluation of critical policy initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the policy and regulatory framework at WorkSafeBC
- Advise senior leadership on complex legislative challenges
- Evaluate and develop strategic policy initiatives
- Maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Conduct outreach on significant policy and regulatory issues Requirements:
- Law degree and member in good standing of the Law Society of BC
- Minimum 10 years in leadership roles related to policy
- Experience in advising executives and boards
- Robust stakeholder engagement skills
