The Disability
Data & Analysis team is on the lookout for an analytical thinker ready to convert data into actionable insights. You will work on identifying trends, fulfilling analytical requests, and collaborating with business leaders. Your contributions will significantly improve operational understanding and data-driven practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver trending and variance analyses of disability metrics
- Collaborate on operational impacts with Group Division partners
- Coordinate complex analytical requests and insights delivery
- Design and manage advanced analytical projects
- Present data insights to senior management concisely Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in analytics and decision-making
- Educational background in data science or statistics
- Proficiency in Excel and Access is critical
- Experience with SQL, Python/R, Power BI, or Tableau an asset
