Responsibilities

- Efficiently wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, including counters, sinks, and storage areas
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing ingredients and restocking supplies as directed by chefs or kitchen managers
- Support food handling protocols to ensure hygiene standards are consistently met
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials in accordance with health regulations
- Help with organizing dishware and utensils for easy access during busy service times
- Follow safety guidelines to prevent slips,

Qualifications

- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Basic understanding of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks

- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
