- Thoroughly wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques

- Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing areas and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely turnaround of clean dishes for service
- Follow safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and equipment use
- Support overall restaurant cleanliness by assisting with trash disposal and floor cleaning when necessary
