Responsibilities

- Perform high-quality, full-service grooms (baths, tidies, full haircuts, and nail trims) tailored to specific breed standards or custom owner requests.
- Handle pets of all breeds, sizes,



and temperaments with patience, kindness, and safety-first handling techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming stations, tools, and equipment to uphold health standards
- Communicate politely and professionally with clients to understand their styling preferences and build lasting relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, offering grooming advice, and ensuring a positive experience for both human and canine clients

Requirements

- Proven experience as a professional dog groomer (portfolio and references required).
- Strong scissoring skills, knowledge of breed-specific patterns, and safe handling expertise.
- Reliable, patient, team-oriented, and genuinely passionate about pet welfare and customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in grooming activities, including lifting larger dogs.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on grooming trends and best practices
