As a Training and Outreach Leader, you’ll design impactful learning strategies to support 1GX’s success across the organization. Reporting to the 1GX Business Excellence Manager, you will lead extensive training programs that enhance user engagement and system adoption for this ERP initiative.

Your role involves conducting needs assessments, developing tailored training solutions, and ensuring that all materials align with accessibility and instructional design standards. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement diverse learning solutions for various audiences
Conduct detailed learning needs assessments and strategy development
Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training sessions




Partner with stakeholders to reconcile feedback and confirm training readiness
Analyze learning effectiveness and gather continuous improvement insights

Requirements:
Solid background in adult learning principles and instructional design
Experience managing multiple training initiatives and deliverables
Skilled in using digital collaboration and multimedia tools
Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance
