Leveraging your background in Gerontology or Recreation Therapy, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and lead Active Living Aides in delivering meaningful experiences. Uphold compliance with industry standards and ensure programs are inclusive and well-documented. Key Responsibilities:
Implement therapeutic activities for residents' wellness
Supervise and train recreation staff and volunteers

Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Recreation Therapy or similar
2+ years in recreational roles in long-term care
