In this position, you will specialize in validating AI-powered chatbot solutions, including functional and conversational testing.

Your collaboration with AI engineers and business partners will help enforce Responsible AI standards while identifying risks such as prompt injection vulnerabilities and bias. Your testing will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards within the evolving AI landscape. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct validation of AI chatbot functionalities
Test user experience for relevance and accuracy




Identify risks and compliance issues in AI context
Collaborate on integration and end-to-end chatbot testing
Track defects and quality metrics using industry-standard tools

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
At least 4 years of software testing background
Solid skills in API and AI chatbot testing
Located or willing to relocate to Ontario or Quebec
Authorization to work in Canada without employer sponsorship
