Lead the member journey at Agency as a Member Engagement Specialist. This role involves building personalized experiences that enhance member satisfaction from the start. In this pivotal position, you’ll run onboarding for recent members, ensuring they feel welcome and connected.

You will handle member-to-member introductions based on unique business needs while also managing a systematic approach to tracking engagement. Your insights will guide communications and event promotions, creating lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Implement onboarding procedures for current members
Curate introductions tailored to member needs
Facilitate forum group placements and rematching
Develop engagement tracking and follow-up processes
Communicate member updates and promote events

Requirements:
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
