In the temporary full-time position at Rosetown Health Centre, you will collaborate with marginalized community members and organizations. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with community members to build supportive programs • Facilitate transition towards independence and self-empowerment • Engage with diverse community organizations for effective outreach • Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team • Maintain accurate records and reports of community interactions
Requirements: • One year of relevant experience in community programs • Grade 12 education or equivalent • Knowledge of poverty issues and community needs • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities • Valid driver's license, as required
