Your role also includes enhancing workplace health and safeguarding resident rights through ethical nursing practices. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate on resident care across services
Lead daily health team shift reports
Accurately document resident condition changes
Process physician orders following regulations
Report challenges to the Director of Care

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Background in geriatric nursing practices
Active provincial nursing registration
Knowledge of health and safety laws
Understanding of nursing home standards and practices
