Key Responsibilities: • Lead and guide Security and Control Room staff daily • Ensure appropriate staffing and smooth operations • Monitor electronic security systems for faults • Prepare staff schedules and manage workloads • Handle emergencies and provide accurate situational reports
Requirements: • Minimum SVQ Level 4 at SCQF Level 8 • Proven experience in security management • Solid leadership and motivational capabilities • Effective written and verbal communication skills • UK driving licence and willingness to rotate shifts
