The Program
Lead role focuses on engaging communities and delivering impactful programs. As the Program Lead with CAAC's Ujima Fellowship, you will oversee all aspects of program operations, from recruitment to successful placement. This role requires solid relationship-building skills to connect youth with valuable employment opportunities across sectors in Edmonton and Calgary. You will take charge of program delivery and ensure ongoing support for participants. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Ujima Fellowship implementation in multiple locations
- Manage participant application and selection processes
- Track program milestones and ensure timely documentation
- Collaborate with employers to secure placement opportunities
- Guide participants through applications and interviews Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 3 years of program coordination experience
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access Contribute to meaningful change and support youth through leadership as Program Lead at CAAC.
