The ideal candidate will have a Utah teaching license or AEL eligibility and will possess strong communication skills.

You will be responsible for developing lesson plans, implementing proficiency-based grading, and supporting students' academic growth through effective instructional strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and adapt lesson plans for Language Arts
- Teach core English content per Utah state standards




- Implement Proficiency-Based Grading strategies
- Supervise students during various activities
- Communicate effectively with students and parents Requirements:
- Utah Secondary Teacher License or AEL eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Strong oral and written communication skills
