Job Summary

Duties

- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including corporate gatherings, promotional activities, and community outreach programs.
- Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote upcoming events through social media, email marketing, and other channels.
- Collaborate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to negotiate contracts and secure necessary resources within budget constraints.
- Provide outstanding guest services during events by greeting attendees, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Upsell event packages or additional services to maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service standards.




- Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure seamless execution from inception to completion.
- Collect feedback post-event to evaluate success metrics and identify areas for improvement for future initiatives.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in event planning, marketing
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies across digital platforms and traditional channels.
- Excellent guest services skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and partners to achieve favorable terms.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management related to event execution.
