Join the Family & Community Support Services as an Executive Assistant and provide vital administrative support. Drive operational efficiency and be a key player in organizational improvement. In this role, you will closely collaborate with the Director of FCSS, managing their calendar and handling correspondence.
Your ability to research and prioritize issues will ensure timely resolutions and effective communication with stakeholders. You will also assist in preparing documents and reports for various meetings, enhancing the overall governance processes. Key Responsibilities:
Organize and manage the Director's scheduling
Assist in drafting and editing significant communication
Compile and present data for various meetings
Manage filing systems and information requests
Facilitate community and council communications
Requirements:
Minimum two years’ experience in an executive role
Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of First Nation education and culture appreciated
