Job SummaryJoin WSP’s Transportation & Infrastructure team as an Intermediate / Senior Traffic Engineer in the Dartmouth office. Your expertise will shape safer, more efficient, and sustainable transportation systems across diverse municipal and private‑sector projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on traffic impact studies, transportation facility design concepts, transit modeling, multimodal assessments, urban intersection design, site plan review, and parking justification.Your ImpactYou will make a difference by:Collecting and interpreting transportation data to support informed decision‑makingDeveloping and adjusting traffic volumes to suit the context of each studyConducting intersection operations assessments using Synchro and other toolsInterpreting and reporting traffic operations analysis results to clients and stakeholdersWorking with a team of transportation/traffic engineers, planners and designers to assess transportation, traffic and parking conditionsPreparing graphics, technical memos, and reports to communicate technical results and recommendationsConducting field studies (site visits, inventories, transit, traffic,
