You will report directly to the Program Supervisor, engaging in team-oriented treatment planning and implementation. Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop effective individualized and family treatment plans, ensuring continuity of care from start to finish. Make a meaningful difference in the community by facilitating therapeutic interventions and transition meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement holistic mental health assessments for children • Design and execute individualized treatment approaches • Conduct transition meetings with community schools • Manage case conferences and liaise with other professionals • Write comprehensive discharge summaries to enhance care
Requirements: • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or equivalent • Minimum two years clinical practice in child mental health • Registered with the appropriate skilled college • Proficient in trauma-informed care techniques • Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills
