Basic Job Function:

Managesanitation program including documentation and training

Coordinateand schedule the activities of the sanitation department

Managesanitation chemical program including training

Communicatewith day shift about issues and concerns

Assistwith maintenance as it pertains to the sanitation department

Managework meet all regulatory standards (SFCR, FMSA, GFSI, etc.)

Participateon HACCP Team





Ensurecompliance with Pre-Requisite Programs including GMPs

Ensurecompliance with OHSA

Manualcleaning as required

Performother related duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

HighSchool Graduate

Minimum5 years Team Lead/Supervisor experience

Experiencein food manufacturing sanitation and/or cleaning and/or chemical handling

Excellentcommunication skills both verbal and written

Proficientcomputer skills for management of documents and management programs

Ability to operate forklifts and othermaterial-handling equipment to support job-related duties.

Abilityfor lifting, climbing, bending etc.,
