Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Flooring Installer or Carpenter to join our team as a full-time, in-house installer.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and is interested in a stable, long-term position.

What we offer:

- Starting compensation around $95,000 per year
- Wage is negotiable based on experience and ability
- Company van provided
- Tools provided
- Steady, full-time work
- Generally 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekend work when required
- Training provided on additional flooring products and installation methods

Responsibilities

- Experienced flooring installers, OR
- Carpenters with vinyl plank flooring installation experience
- Experience with all flooring types is not required — we are willing to train the right person




- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- Willing to travel for occasional small out-of-town jobs
- Professional and comfortable working in customers' homes and commercial spaces
