This role emphasizes performance metrics creation, project portfolio management, and the refinement and execution of the three-year implementation plan to drive organizational goals. You will lead assessments, identify project interdependencies, and manage risks while also improving project execution capabilities.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate the organization’s Strategic Plan
Conduct environmental scans for leadership decision-making




Establish project portfolio management systems for initiatives
Build tools for measuring and monitoring project progress
Facilitate integration into ongoing operations for sustainabilityRequirements:
Master’s degree in health administration or management
Five years’ experience in healthcare or nonprofit sectors
