To coordinate all pickups and deliveries within the city in the most effective and cost effective manner possible thereby maximizing profitability while maintaining strict service standards and observing legal and company guidelines by performing the following duties.

Full-time
Scheduling to execute all of the terminals pickups and deliveries
Responsible in working in an efficient and cost effective manner making improvements as needed
Verify equipment and driver availability including start times.
Dealing with customers, drivers, central dispatch, Terminal Manager, etc.
Supervisory duties include all city drivers – 23 brokers.
Providing recaps and follow ups on pickups and deliveries
Payroll for drivers
Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications




A thorough working knowledge of the city you work in is the biggest asset
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of equipment
Organized with positive time management skills
Aptitude for math
Ability to perform under pressure
Ability to work as a team
Fluent in both French and English (Verbal and Written)
