The Chance

A publicly listed mining company entering its next stage of growth is seeking a senior investor relations skilled to broaden its presence across the North American capital markets.

This is a highly visible role for someone who can confidently represent the company, communicate its investment story and bring an established network across the mining capital markets.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with institutional investors, bankers and high-net-worth investors
Leverage an established network to broaden the company’s investor reach
Present the company’s strategy, projects and investment case
Represent the business independently at trade shows, conferences and investor meetings
Support investor presentations and corporate communications




Work closely with the CEO and wider leadership team to increase market visibility

Candidate Profile
Senior investor relations, corporate communications or capital markets experience within mining
Established network across the Canadian and/or US mining investment community
Solid presentation and relationship-building skills
Experience representing publicly listed mining companies
Comfortable travelling and acting as a senior external representative of the business
Entrepreneurial, proactive and commercially minded
Spanish and Latin American mining experience would be highly advantageous
