VHA Home HealthCare provides home health nursing across Toronto, North York and York Region. We are seeking multiple Registered Practical Nurses to join the Hospital Partnership Program, delivering wound care, IV therapy, diabetes management and patient-centered care in the home.

Ideal candidates are in positive standing with CNO, hold an RPN diploma and have a valid Ontario driver’s license. Day and evening shifts available with supportive, inclusive team culture.
