We are seeking highly experienced SAP Senior SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect with 15+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience to lead the Employee Central, Time Management and Employee Central Payroll workstream for a global template rollout and country localization program..

The candidate should ensure that country requirements are not automatically treated as template deviations without proper analysis and governance

Required Experience
Mandatory

15+ years SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience

Strong Employee Central experience

Strong Employee Central Time Management experience

Strong Employee Central Payroll experience

Experience leading Global Template rollouts

Strong experience with country localization

Experience with Fit-to-Template / Fit-to-Standard

Experience with payroll parallel testing

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations

Robust client-facing consulting experience

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be a Global SuccessFactors HCM Architect rather than a module-only consultant , with the ability to take a live global solution and successfully deploy it into a new country.

Key Responsibilities
1. Global Template Rollout

Review and understand the existing Global SuccessFactors Employee Central / Time / Payroll template .

Lead workshops for the rollout country.

Assess existing global processes against local business requirements.

Maximize adoption of the existing Global Template.

Challenge unnecessary country-specific customizations.

Ensure approved local deviations do not compromise the global template.

Country Localization
Lead the localization assessment for the target country/countries across:

Employee Central

Time Management

Payroll

The architect should be able to distinguish between requirements that can be incorporated into the Global Template and requirements that genuinely require country-specific configuration .

Employee Central Rollout
Lead the localization and rollout of Employee Central processes

Ensure that the rollout uses the existing global configuration wherever possible.

Lead the country-specific design for time management

Lead ECP localization and deployment activities for Employee Central Payroll Rollout

Assess and design local integration requirements resulting from the rollout.

Lead country-specific data migration requirements.

Lead the EC/Time/Payroll workstream through various testing stages, mock cutover.

Develop the country rollout cutover strategy
