Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor staff in waste operations
• Develop comprehensive work plans and budgets
• Ensure adherence to the Occupational Health and Safety Act




• Monitor and report on program performance indicators
• Prepare reports for Council and community stakeholders
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Environmental Studies or similar
• Experience with solid waste legislation and municipal operations
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in a relevant setting
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Valid Class G driver’s licence and clean driving history
