About The Role
Reporting directly to the business owner, and part of the Leadership team, your strengths will be speaking finance to non finance plant, operations, and warehouse staff. You will love multi-tasking, wearing many hats and a variety in your day-to-day work. You will manage relationships and have frequent interactions with other company leaders, staff, contractors, vendors, and customers and the outside CPA Firm.
Responsibilities Include
Full cycle project accounting including cash applications,



accounts payable and PO maintenance
Management of Project expenses
Inventory calculations
Month end accounting and variance analysis reports including P&L; statement per project
Cash flow management including bank reconciliations.
HST returns
Qualifications
CPA or equivalent
10+ yrs of progressive full cycle accounting experience, ideally working autonomously or in a small team.
3+ yrs in a management or supervisory role
Construction or related manufacturing industry experience preferred
Proficiency required in Quickbook Online and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You have strong interpersonal skills, are mature, qualified, reliable and looking for long term stability.
