Maison de Paw is a boutique dog daycare and grooming destination in downtown Toronto. We are building a modern pet-care experience that combines attentive dog care with warm, professional client service.

We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be one of the first points of contact for our clients and their fur family.

Responsibilities

- welcome clients and dogs during drop-off and pick-up
- manage daycare and grooming bookings
- answer phone, email and in-person inquiries
- maintain accurate client and pet profiles, vaccination records and service information
- process payments and assist with retail purchases
- explain services, packages, policies and products
- coordinate with daycare attendants and groomers regarding client requests
- provide clients with updates regarding their dogs when appropriate
- maintain an organized, clean and welcoming reception and retail area
- assist with inventory and retail displays




- handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary
- support daily openings and closing procedures

Requirements

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including data entry, proofreading, and document management
- Previous office experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred but not necessary
- Comfortable handling dogs when necessary
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
