Role Summary

Payless Cannabis is seeking applicants for the role of Retail Store Associate. The Retail Store Associate should be compassionate, responsible, and well-educated about cannabis. We are looking for individuals who can engage positively with their community, deliver excellent customer service, and take on responsibilities wherever needed to ensure the success of their location.

We offer opportunities for growth, with many of our retail store associates becoming manager-level employees within a year. We are looking for individuals who are motivated to grow with the company and take the next step in their careers.

Responsibilities

- Report to duty punctually and in appropriate, well-maintained attire according to dress code standards.
- Maintain company standards and policies while ensuring that all legal requirements are met.
- Greet customers throughout the day in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Confidently represent the brand and its values.
- Educate customers on cannabis products and how to consume cannabis safely.
- Fulfill and deliver customer orders.
- Receive, organize,



and categorize cannabis products and accessories.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the store is maintained daily.
- Check the identification of customers who appear to be 25 years of age or younger.
- Abide by all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- 1–3 years of experience in a retail setting is preferred.
- Valid CannSell Cannabis Certification or willingness to obtain one.
- A clean criminal background check or willingness to obtain one.
- A valid driver's licence for delivery, as well as valid car insurance and a reliable vehicle.
- Availability for shift work anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday.

Pay: $18.60-$20.00 per hour
