Join the Alberta Human Rights Commission as a Full time Advisor to the Chief in Calgary. This strategic role requires extensive experience in issues management and organizational leadership. Your primary focus will be to provide expert guidance and facilitate initiatives that align with the commission's goals. Collaborate with the management team to navigate complex issues, enhance community partnerships, and ensure effective operational planning. Key Responsibilities:

- Advise on sensitive matters and emerging issues
- Lead cross-Commission initiatives and policies
- Foster collaboration among leadership and stakeholders
- Deliver politically sensitive advice and support
- Coordinate team activities within the Office of the Chief Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years relevant experience
- Experience in strategic advising and project leadership
- Familiarity with applicable legislation and governance
- Strong judgment in complex environments
