Child & Youth Advocacy Centre is seeking a Child Advocate to work directly with clients involved in abuse investigations. This role features a rotating schedule encompassing both day and evening shifts, where you will provide advocacy and support through thorough needs assessments. Your collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will make a significant difference. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver support and education during investigative interviews
- Welcome families and explain center processes




- Facilitate virtual check-ins and address client concerns
- Coordinate crisis intervention strategies with team members
- Support court preparation and client advocacy in legal settings Requirements:
- BSW or degree in related fields
- At least three years of experience with abuse victims
- Knowledge of trauma-informed frameworks and DEI practices
- Understanding of relevant child welfare legislation
