The Graphic Designers supports EMP's branding and communications by creating visual content for social media, events, and recruitment campaigns under the direction of the VP Marketing.

Time Commitment5–7 hours per week during regular program periods; 8–10 hours per week during recruitment campaigns and event promotion windows.
Terms of Employment October 2026 — April 2027
Key Responsibilities
- Design visual content for EMP's Instagram, LinkedIn, and newsletter
- Create graphics for mentee recruitment campaigns during the September push
- Design branded materials for all events and external communications
- Maintain a cohesive EMP visual identity across all touchpoints
- Support internal branding and merchandise design as needed
- Collaborate with Content Creators and Photographer to align visuals with content
Qualifications
- Design experience (Canva required, Adobe suite preferred)
- Robust eye for visual consistency and branding
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Comfort managing multiple design deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
