Join Epiroc as a Machine Operator in a hands-on, 2nd shift role that focuses on innovation and quality. You'll work with advanced CNC and manual machinery to meet customer specifications.
In this position, you will be responsible for the productive setup, operation, and maintenance of machining equipment, supporting our mission to enhance safety and productivity in mining and construction. Collaboration with various teams will be key to achieving operational objectives while ensuring a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: • Identify safety hazards and recommend corrective measures • Operate general fabrication and production equipment • Work closely with CNC programmers for optimal production • Maintain accurate production documentation • Assist with 5S and lean manufacturing initiatives
Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • 3 to 5 years of relevant heavy equipment experience • Proficient with overhead cranes and forklifts • Experience in fabrication tasks highly preferred • Excellent attention to detail and safety commitment
