Focused on providing crucial mental health support, this role supervises volunteer responders through online platforms at Kids Help Phone. You'll work remotely while ensuring that young people receive timely assistance. Key responsibilities include managing high-demand communications, providing clinical support, and engaging with volunteers to create a secure, supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise volunteer crisis responders during shifts • Provide clinical support and ensure safety protocols • Manage high-volume text conversations as needed • Liaise with emergency services when required • Motivate and engage the volunteer community
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a support or health-related field • Minimum 2 years experience in crisis intervention • Bilingualism in French and English • Knowledge of adolescent mental health • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
