You'll work remotely while ensuring that young people receive timely assistance. Key responsibilities include managing high-demand communications, providing clinical support, and engaging with volunteers to create a secure, supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise volunteer crisis responders during shifts • Provide clinical support and ensure safety protocols • Manage high-volume text conversations as needed • Liaise with emergency services when required • Motivate and engage the volunteer community
