Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee accounts and ensure updated customer information
• Communicate with customers on lease renewals via calls and home visits
• Advocate for timely lease payments and their perks




• Collaborate with the Customer Account Manager to hit targets
• Facilitate merchandise returns and assist with deliveries
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 21 with a valid driver’s license
• Familiarity with required DOT certifications as needed
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted and 300 lbs with assistance
• Two years of relevant customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
