CSP provides fun, engaging soccer experiences for youth, prioritizing enjoyment and skill-building. As a coach, you will work with toddlers and young kids, focusing on basic skills, scrimmages, and game-like exercises. Your role will emphasize playfulness, energy, and communication, helping children progress through various soccer stages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage young children in soccer activities
• Conduct training sessions focused on fun and skill development
• Provide feedback to parents regarding progress
• Promote team spirit and cooperation among players
• Ensure a safe and positive setting for participants
Requirements:
• Passion for working with children ages 18 months to 6 years
• Availability on weekday evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy and physical fitness to coach
