As part of WSP’s national proposals team, you will play a vital role in developing proposals for complex transportation and infrastructure projects. Your key functions will include coordinating proposal schedules, crafting engaging content, and engaging with multidisciplinary teams to communicate compelling narratives. You’ll also assist in pursuit strategy discussions to strengthen WSP’s position.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee proposal submissions from kick-off to delivery • Develop content including qualifications and executive summaries • Collaborate with visual specialists to enhance proposals • Maintain records and databases for proposal activities • Contribute to strategy discussions for future projects

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years in business development or proposal support • Excellent editing and proofreading skills • Experience in quick-paced environments with multiple deadlines • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SharePoint Online • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
