Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Nursing, at least one year of ICU RN experience, and the necessary BLS and ACLS certifications.Key Responsibilities:
Provide independent patient care in the ICU
Monitor patient vitals and communicate updates
Identify changes in medical conditions promptly
Coordinate discharge planning and referrals
Delegate patient care tasks to healthcare team membersRequirements:
Active RN license in Florida
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
1-year experience in an Acute Care ICU
BLS and ACLS certifications required
