- Optimize service catalogue and service desk reporting
- Directly manage Azure and on-premises IT infrastructure




- Oversee the IT procurement and asset lifecycle
- Maintain organized and compliant IT asset inventories
- Prepare technology for major electoral events across Alberta Requirements:
- Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Minimum four years in a relevant IT operations role
- Direct experience with Azure and IT service management
- Proven supervisory and communication skills
