Reporting to the Food Services Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the dietary needs of patients, especially in times of staff shortages. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve meals for patients and cafeteria
- Follow guidelines for food safety and infection control
- Ensure trays match patient dietary needs accurately
- Deliver food to patients when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen Requirements:
- At least 5 years of cooking experience
- Cooking certificate or “Red Seal” designation
- Willingness to obtain a Food Safe Certificate
- Familiarity with therapeutic diets and allergens
