Your role involves leading the design and execution of HV/EHV substations as part of Stantec’s Power team. With at least six years of comprehensive engineering experience, you will ensure project completion through effective coordination and high-quality deliverables. In addition, nurture the next generation of engineers by providing guidance and support. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth engineering studies including grounding and insulation coordination
- Design switchyard layouts, cable routing, and AC/DC distribution systems
- Prepare specifications for construction, equipment,



and testing
- Offer technical support during procurement and commissioning
- Perform on-site visits and support design preparations Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems specialization
- 6+ years of direct experience in design for utilities
- Valid P.Eng registration required
- Proficiency in Engineering software like ETAP and MathCAD
