We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our dedicated cleaning team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort across our hospitality workplace. Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and rooms are provided to guests in accordance with brand and property standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to promote efficiency, professionalism, and teamwork
- Conduct daily inspections of all guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness, brand standards and safety protocols
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and proper maintenance
- Address guest requests or concerns promptly,

- Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment use

Skills

- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and standards
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment maintenance
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for clear instructions and guest interactions
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices
