Take on the role of a People and Talent Generalist with the British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM) in a temporary, hybrid arrangement for 16 months in Vancouver, B.C. Play a critical role in supporting HR needs for the health profession regulator. In this full-time position, you will assist in managing recruitment, conducting orientations, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.

Work closely with leaders in fostering an equitable, diverse, and culturally secure workplace. Your insights will guide processes ensuring all HR functions are effectively maintained. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive HR support to various teams
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for open positions
- Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate onboarding
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics and trends
- Maintain employee data integrity within HRIS Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar
- 3 to 5 years of HR experience in a generalist role
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills
- Familiarity with HRIS, preferably UKG
