You'll assist in supervising the crew, help manage materials and equipment, and ensure that all work meets LP's high standards.



This is a great opportunity for someone with solid experience who is ready to grow into a future leadership position.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Crew Leader in day-to-day project executionSupport crew coordination and site logisticsInstall hardscape and softscape features: pavers, natural stone, retaining walls, grading, planting, etc.Operate compactors, saws, skid steers, and other construction equipment safelyMonitor jobsite safety and quality standardsLoad and unload materials, tools, and equipmentCommunicate issues and progress clearly to the Crew LeaderHelp train and guide junior crew membersMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient worksiteQualifications2 or more years of experience in landscape or construction projectsProficiency with construction equipment and toolsValid G-Class Driver's License and reliable transportationAbility to read plans and take direction effectivelyPositive attitude, robust work ethic, and attention to detailComfortable working outdoors in variable weatherTeam-oriented and eager to grow professionallySalary and BenefitsFull-time positionCompetitive hourly wage at CA$ 21 to CA$ 28 based on experienceHealth, dental, vision, and prescription coverage after 3 monthsRRSP matching program after 12 monthsMonthly paid team events (golf, lake days, BBQs, etc.)Paid professional development and career trainingCelebrations for birthdays, milestones, and work anniversariesCompany-sponsored charity and volunteer initiativesLP Landscape Plus Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
